Liquormart offers a 100% Money Back Guarantee on all of our wines. If you feel that there is something not quite right with the quality of the wine, simple email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 1 month of the delivery date and we will exchange, refund or credit the full amount.
A few things to note:
- The wines need to be returned to our warehouse in Port Melbourne within 1 month from the purchase date before refunds can be processed.
- You can opt to receive a refund, exchange or credit to use for future purchases with Liquormart for the full value of your original purchase
- You can return your purchase for up to 1 month from the day you receive the wine
- Products must be in the original box and/or packaging.
- We recommend that you try up to 2 bottles of wine to be sure that it wasn’t just one bottle that wasn’t quite right
- Refunds will only be given if there is a quality fault in the wine
- Once your return is received by our team, your refund will be processed and a credit or exchange will be immediately arranged
- Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take up to 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
